Avrils "girlfriend" plagiarized or perfection

Avril has been accused of copying the Rubinoos in July 2007, but did she really? well they took it too court and the Rubinoos on the claim that it was too similar to the Rubinoos 1979 hit "I wanna be your boyfriend" she claims that she had never heard the song before but possibly by hearing it somewhere she may have subconsciously stolen it.
Too get a good idea of whether or not she did there’s many things you need to take into consideration the rhythm of the song the tempo the lyrics the beat and the instruments and music notes. The co-writer for this song Luke Gottwald is also to blame if found that the song was plagiarized because Avril doesn’t fully write her songs. She may have stolen it because it’s a very old song by the Rubinoos and may have thought that she wouldn’t have been caught because a lot of people don’t know the Ruinous song.

In my opinion after carefully listening to both songs and the rhythm, tempo and the lyrics I think that yes she did steal the idea of the song the chorus is the exact same and even the theme of the song the Rubinoos came up with something new and original "I wanna be your boyfriend" and Avril's song "girlfriend" is an absolute steal of the song.
The settlement of the court case was undecided.
